Hypnotherapy can help with a range of issues, such as anxiety, phobias, trauma, insomnia, IBS, pain management, smoking or vaping cessation, losing weight, low confidence and stress. Most clients find that 4-6 sessions will help their issue; however, each individual is different.

Although hypnotherapy is the main focus of my work, I draw on a range of complementary approaches to best support your individual needs. This means that in some sessions, a different technique — such as EFT or BLAST — may be used instead of hypnosis if it's more appropriate for what you’re working through at the time.
Everything will be explained as we go, and any approach used will always be with your full understanding and agreement.
